In real estate, everything counts! All the many details are so important to a smooth transaction, whether you are selling or buying and whether it’s your personal residence or an investment property. Having 29 years of real estate sales and consulting experience and a banking background allows me to help my customers and clients realize their real estate goals and financial objectives. During my career, I have had great support from my family, including my wife, Donna, and daughters Kara and Ashley. My wife and I reside in Bettendorf. Kara and her husband, Cory, live in Waterloo, Iowa, where both are employed at Deere and Company. Ashley and her husband, Chris, reside in San Francisco, California, where Ashley is a currency consultant in the FX Department at Wells Fargo Bank and Chris is in advertising at AKQA, Inc. In addition, we now also have our first grandchild, Zaine Michael, who was born June 17, 2006. The importance of family is, and always has been, a crucial part of my life.

• Active as Southeast Regional Vice President – Realtors Land Institute 1996 - present.
• Recipient of Iowa Farm Land Broker of the Year Award – 1996.
• Recipient of Bert Frahm Award Recipient – 1997 – given by Greater Davenport Board of Realtors.
• Received the 2005 Iowa Realtor of the Year Award from the Quad City Area Realtor Association.
• Consistent member of Ruhl&Ruhl Realtors Diamond Clubs for outstanding production.
• Contributed as a volunteer assistant varsity basketball coach at Pleasant Valley Community School, starting in 1997 to 2006.
• Graduate of Iowa State University, with a degree in Agricultural Business.
• Specializing in farms, land investments, country acreage properties and Quad City residential properties.
• Holds ALC designation, Accredited Land Consultant, one of only three in the Quad City Region to have earned the specialized designation.
